SIG / The Thompson Group is the working name for our independent commercial insurance practice based in Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve been in the insurance business since 2008. As Principal Agent, I represent clients — not a single carrier — which means I can access multiple markets to structure coverage that actually fits your operations, risk appetite, and budget.
We focus on middle-market and main-street commercial accounts, with particular strength in hospitality (motels and hotels), restaurants, automotive service and repair, body shops, and contractors. These industries have specific exposures that generic programs often miss. Our job is to identify those gaps and close them with the right combination of property, liability, workers’ compensation, umbrella, EPLI, and specialty coverages.
